The Company considers that being listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is attractive both to investors and to the vendors of potential target companies or businesses. The London Stock Exchange provides access to a deep and diverse international pool of capital. As Ashington is seeking a business combination with a Company that has significant growth potential, the Company’s management believes that the accelerated access to the London Stock Exchange’s deep capital markets that our SPAC facilitates will prove attractive to prospective target firms.
